OfferTrack este destinat exclusiv utilizarii in scopuri de afaceri, in cadrul organizatiei dumneavoastra. Nu este permisa:
OfferTrack, inclusiv codul sursa, designul, pictogramele si documentatia, este proprietatea lui Dragulin Bogdan. Toate drepturile sunt rezervate. Licenta de utilizare este acordata pe baza necesitatilor organizatiei si nu implica transferul drepturilor de proprietate intelectuala.

Aceste modificari sunt reversibile prin eliminarea categoriilor din Outlook.
OfferTrack este furnizat "asa cum este" (as-is), fara garantii de niciun fel, explicite sau implicite. Dezvoltatorul nu garanteaza:
In niciun caz dezvoltatorul nu va fi raspunzator pentru pierderi de date, intreruperi ale activitatii sau daune indirecte rezultate din utilizarea add-in-ului.
Colectarea si prelucrarea datelor dumneavoastra sunt reglementate de Politica de Confidentialitate, care face parte integranta din acesti termeni.
Ne rezervam dreptul de a modifica acesti termeni in orice moment. Modificarile vor fi publicate pe aceasta pagina cu data actualizarii. Continuarea utilizarii add-in-ului dupa publicarea modificarilor constituie acceptarea noilor termeni.
Ne rezervam dreptul de a suspenda sau revoca accesul la OfferTrack in cazul incalcarii acestor termeni. Puteti inceta utilizarea add-in-ului in orice moment prin dezinstalarea acestuia din Outlook.
Acesti termeni sunt guvernati de legislatia din Romania. Orice disputa va fi solutionata de instantele competente din Romania.
