Intrebari frecvente (FAQ)

Nu ma pot autentifica in OfferTrack

Verificati ca utilizati credentialele corecte ale organizatiei. Asigurati-va ca aveti conexiune la internet si ca serverul backend este accesibil. Daca problema persista, contactati administratorul IT al organizatiei.

Plugin-ul nu apare in Outlook

Verificati ca add-in-ul este instalat corect: Fisier → Obtinere programe de completare → Programele mele de completare. Daca nu apare, cereti administratorului sa il reinstaleze sau sa verifice politicile de grup. Restartati Outlook dupa instalare.

Categoriile nu se aplica pe email-uri

Functia de categorii necesita Mailbox API versiunea 1.8 sau mai noua. Verificati ca utilizati o versiune recenta de Outlook (Office 2021+ sau Microsoft 365). In Outlook Web App (OWA), categoriile sunt suportate complet.

Eroare de conexiune la server

Verificati conexiunea la internet. Daca utilizati VPN, asigurati-va ca serverul backend este accesibil prin VPN. Verificati ca firewall-ul nu blocheaza conexiunile HTTPS catre serverul OfferTrack.

Statusul email-ului nu se actualizeaza

Inchideti si redeschideti email-ul. Daca problema persista, deconectati-va si reconectati-va in OfferTrack. Statusul este sincronizat cu serverul la fiecare deschidere de email.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I cannot log in to OfferTrack

Verify that you are using the correct organization credentials. Make sure you have an internet connection and that the backend server is accessible. If the problem persists, contact your organization's IT administrator.

The plugin does not appear in Outlook

Verify the add-in is installed correctly: File → Get Add-ins → My Add-ins. If it doesn't appear, ask your administrator to reinstall it or check group policies. Restart Outlook after installation.

Categories are not applied to emails

The category feature requires Mailbox API version 1.8 or newer. Verify you are using a recent version of Outlook (Office 2021+ or Microsoft 365). In Outlook Web App (OWA), categories are fully supported.

Server connection error

Check your internet connection. If using a VPN, make sure the backend server is accessible through the VPN. Verify that your firewall is not blocking HTTPS connections to the OfferTrack server.

Email status does not update

Close and reopen the email. If the problem persists, log out and log back in to OfferTrack. The status is synchronized with the server each time an email is opened.
